有机碱剂对活性艳红KM-2B染色性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对活性染料对纤维上染率和固色率低的问题,将有机碱剂三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺和十八叔胺用于活性艳红KM-2B固色,控制染料用量1%(omf),元明粉用量20 g/L,浴比1∶20,测试上染率、固色率和皂洗前后的颜色指标,利用正交实验确定有机碱剂种类、碱剂用量及固色温度对染色效果的影响程度。结果表明:有机碱剂种类对活性艳红KM-2B上染率、固色率及皂洗前后K/S值的影响最大。进一步采用灰色聚类分析法优化活性艳红KM-2B的染色工艺为:十八叔胺作为碱剂,用量3 g/L,固色温度80℃。 To improve the low dye uptake and fixation rate of reactive dyes,the organic alkali agents such as triethanolamine,tri-isopropanolamine and octadecylamine were used in fixation of reactive brilliant red KM-2B.The experimental conditions were controlled as follows:dye dosage 1%(omf),20 g/L of sodium sulphate and 1∶20 of bath ratio.The dye uptake,fixation rate and color index before and after soaping were measured.By means of orthogonal experiment,the influences of organic alkali agent type,the alkali dosage and the fixation temperature on the dyeing effect were determined.The results showed that the type of organic alkali agent exhibited the biggest influence on dye uptake,fixation rate and K/S value before and after soaping of reactive brilliant red KM-2B.Furthermore,grey clustering analysis was used to optimize the dyeing process of reactive brilliant red KM-2B:octadecylamine as alkali agent,dosage 3 g/L,fixation temperature 80℃.
