我院呼吸感染科抗菌药物使用强度分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析本院呼吸感染科抗菌药物的使用情况,以此提高合理用药水平。方法从本院计算机管理软件系统中查询2018年7月~2019年6月抗菌药物应用情况,采用Excel软件计算抗菌药物使用强度(AUD)并进行分析。结果本院呼吸感染科使用抗菌药物品种数相对较多, AUD相对较大。使用较多的品种为β-内酰胺类、喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类、磺胺类、抗真菌类。结论本院呼吸感染科AUD和国家的逐步控制在40.00抗菌药物的用药频度(DDDs)/(100人·d)以下尚有差距,提示本院呼吸感染科抗菌药物合理使用有待进一步改善。
