摘要
目的对腹膜透析患者营养不良情况进行调查,分析其影响因素,并给予相应防护对策。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月本院收治腹膜透析患者50例,对患者人口学资料和临床资料进行收集,将营养不良患者划分为发生组(n=7),未出现营养不良划分为未发生组(n=43);采用多因素logistic回归分析法分析腹膜透析患者出现营养不良状态的独立危险因素。结果选取的50例患者中,有7例出现营养不良,发生率为14.00%,多因素logistic回归分析Kt/v水平、慢性炎症及蛋白质丢失等为导致腹膜透析患者出现营养不良状态的独立危险因素。结论Kt/v水平、慢性炎症及蛋白质丢失等均为腹膜透析患者出现营养不良状态的独立危险因素,因此,临床护理应根据因素给予相应的防护措施,改善患者营养状态的同时,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the malnutrition of patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis,analyze its influencing factors,and give them corresponding protective countermeasures.Methods 50 peritoneal dialysis patients were admitted to our hospital from January,2017 to June,2019.Their demographic and clinical data were collected.The malnutrition patients were set as a occurrence group,and those with no malnutrition as a nonoccurrence group.The independent risk factors of malnutrition were analyzed by multi-factor logistic regression analysis.Results Malnutrition occurred in 7 of 50 patients(14.00%).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis of Kt/v level,chronic inflammation and protein loss were independent risk factors for malnutrition in patients with peritoneal dialysis.Conclusions Kt/v level,chronic inflammation,and protein loss are independent risk factors of malnutrition in peritoneal dialysis patients.Therefore,corresponding protective measures should be given according to the factors,so as to improve the patients’nutritional status and quality of life.
