摘要
以油酸为表面活性剂,乙酸钠、磷酸二氢铵和偏钒酸铵为原料,通过球磨法混料和高温固相反应法制备了一次颗粒尺寸约50~300 nm且颗粒分散性好的Na3V2(PO4)3/C复合正极材料。电化学测试表明,Na3V2(PO4)3/C在1C倍率下可逆放电容量为109 mAh·g^-1,40C高倍率下的放电容量达到98 mAh·g^-1,表现出优异倍率性能;在10C倍率下循环1500次容量保持率达到93%,表现出优异的循环可逆性,有望用于高性能钠离子电池。
Well-dispersed Na3V2(PO4)3/C composite materials with primary particle sizes of ca.50~300 nm were prepared by a ball-milling solid-phase method assisted with surfactant agent(oleic acid)using sodium acetate,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate,and ammonium vanadate as raw materials.The electrochemical tests indicate that the Na3V2(PO4)3/C delivers discharge capacities of 109 and 98 mAh·g^-1 at 1C and 40C,respectively,illustrating outstanding rate capability.The capacity retention reaches 93%at 10C after 1500 cycles,indicating superior cycling reversibility.The as-prepared electrode material is promising for high performance sodium ion batteries.
