摘要
针对传统方法成型陶瓷困难,3D打印方法制造复杂陶瓷零件性能差、精度低等问题,将3D打印和凝胶注模(GC)技术相结合,构成3D打印/凝胶注模复合成型技术,能有效克服上述困难,实现复杂形状高性能陶瓷零件的净成形。简述了陶瓷3D打印/凝胶注模复合成型技术的工艺流程,归纳了目前三种主流的该复合成形方法:基于激光选区烧结的GC成型、基于立体光固化的GC成型和基于熔融沉积制造的GC成型技术,并详细阐述了它们的研究现状与应用,介绍了它们的发展趋势和各自的优缺点,并对今后的进一步发展进行了展望。
In view of the difficulties in forming ceramics by traditional methods,and the poor performance and low accuracy of complex ceramic parts manufactured by 3 D printing method,3 D printing and gelcasting are combined to constitute 3D printing/gelcasting composite forming technology,which can effectively overcome the above difficulties and realize the net forming of high performance ceramic parts with complex shape.The process flow of 3D printing/gelcasting composite forming technology for ceramic materials is briefly introduced.Three main forming methods are summarized:gelcasting based on laser selective sintering,gelcasting based on stereolithography and gelcasting based on fused deposition modeling.In this paper,the research status and application of the three composite methods are described in detail,their development trend,advantages and disadvantages are introduced,and the future development is prospected.
