摘要
目的:探讨抗妇炎胶囊联合重组人干扰素α-2 b治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染的临床疗效。方法:2019年1月-2020年2月收治慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者95例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组采用重组人干扰素α-2 b治疗;试验组在重组人干扰素α-2b基础上联合抗妇炎胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后血清炎性因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后均未见明显不良反应。结论:抗妇炎胶囊联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染,效果确切。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuyan capsule combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b in treating chronic cervicitis with HPV infection.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2020,95 cases of chronic cervicitis patients with HPV infection were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b.The experimental group was treated with Kangfuyan capsule on the basis of recombinant human interferonα-2b.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum inflammatory factor of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction after treatment in both groups.Conclusion:Kangfuyan capsule combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b is effective in treating chronic cervicitis accompanied by HPV infection.
