摘要
目的:探讨主动气道加温湿化联合ABCD护理分级干预对急性肺炎患者睡眠状况及呼吸道症状的改善作用。方法:选取2018年11月至2019年11月重庆市渝北区人民医院急诊科收治的急性肺炎患者84例作为研究对象,按照不同的护理方案分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采取主动气道加温湿化及常规护理;观察组采取主动气道湿化联合ABCD分级的护理对策。观察并统计2组拔除气管插管前后睡眠质量的改善情况及肺部感染发生率情况并进行统计学分析。结果:观察组经上述护理及治疗方案后,睡眠质量改善情况明显优于对照组;肺部感染的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取主动气道加温湿化联合ABCD护理分级干预的护理模式对于急性肺炎患者有积极的治疗意义,能够减少下呼吸道感染发生率,改善患者的HAD评分及睡眠质量,在临床护理工作中应优先考虑应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of active airway warming and humidification combined with ABCD nursing grading intervention on sleep status and respiratory symptoms of patients with acute pneumonia.Methods:A total of 84 patients with ventilator support admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing programs,they were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given active airway humidification and routine nursing;the observation group was treated with active airway humidification combined with ABCD grading.The improvement of sleep quality and the incidence of pulmonary infection before and after extubation were observed and statistically analyzed.Results:The improvement of sleep quality in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the incidence of pulmonary infection was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing mode of active airway warming and humidification combined with ABCD nursing grading intervention has positive therapeutic significance for patients with acute pneumonia,can reduce the incidence of lower respiratory tract infection,improve the patients′had score and sleep quality,and should be given priority in clinical nursing work.
