摘要
铝矿粉中加入副产盐酸,经过化学反应,可生成聚合氯化铝,但生成物含有较多的重金属杂质或有机杂质。本文采用铝碳微电解技术,将聚合氯化铝中含有的重金属杂质置换出来,净化聚合氯化铝,而消耗的铝则变成铝离子有效成分,可以增强其处理效果。试验结果表明,最佳铝炭比为1∶1,最佳停留时间为1 h。该方法可以为聚合氯化铝提纯提供经验借鉴。
The by-product hydrochloric acid is added to the aluminum ore powder,and after a chemical reaction,poly aluminum chloride can be generated,but the product contains more heavy metal impurities or organic impurities.This paper uses aluminum-carbon micro-electrolysis technology to replace the heavy metal impurities contained in the poly aluminum chloride to purify the poly aluminum chloride,and the consumed aluminum becomes the effective component of aluminum ion,which can enhance its treatment effect.The test results show that the best ratio of aluminum to carbon is 1∶1,and the best residence time is 1 h.This method can provide experience reference for the purification of polyaluminum chloride.
