摘要
为主动适应高等教育发展要求,深化产教融合、校企合作,探索了"3+1""2+1+1"人才培养模式,形成了基于OBE-CDIO的教学体系,与企业联合构建了"协同创新""联合研发""合作办学""校中工厂"四种协同育人模式,提高了行业企业对办学的参与度,提升了学校应用型人才培养能力。
In order to actively adapt to the requirements of higher education development, and to deepen the integration of industry with education and the cooperation between the universities and enterprises, the "3 + 1" and "2 + 1 + 1" talent training model is explored, and a teaching system based on OBE-CDIO is established. With the cooperation of enterprises, four kinds of cooperative education models such as the "Collaborative innovation", "Joint research and development", "Cooperative education" and "Factory in university" have been constructed, which improves the degree of industrial enterprises’ participation in education and enhances the training ability of applied talents in the university.
