摘要
根据光电信息科学与工程专业光电综合实验课程的需要,该文介绍了一种测量LED光空间分布的方法,并设计了一套基于PIC单片机的光照度采集系统。该系统以PIC单片机作为控制器,通过数字光照传感器模块采集LED光照度数值,通过IIC两线串行总线传输给单片机,单片机将接收到的光照度数据转换为四位八段数码管译码,再将译码通过IIC总线输送给数码管驱动芯片,驱动数码管显示光照度值。通过该系统可以实现LED光照度的采集,利用MATLAB对测量数据进行拟合,得到直观的LED光空间分布图形,即配光曲线。将该系统应用到光电综合实验中,可以加深学生对LED光空间分布测试方法的理解,掌握数据处理的方法,培养学生应用综合知识的能力。
Based on photoelectric information science and engineering need of comprehensive experimental courses,this paper introduces a measurement method of LED light’s spatial distribution and has designed a set of light gathering system based on PIC single chip microcomputer.In this system,PIC microcontroller is used as the controller,and LED illuminance value is collected by digital light sensor module.Through IIC two-wire serial bus transmission to the single chip computer,the single chip computer receives the illuminance data converted into four digit eight segment digital tube decoding,and then the decoding is transmitted to the digital tube driver chip through IIC bus,driving the digital tube to display the illuminance value.Through this system,LED illuminance can be collected,and the measurement data can be fitted with MATLAB to get the intuitionistic LED light spatial distribution graph,i.e.light distribution curve.The application of the system in the photoelectric comprehensive experiment can deepen the students’understanding of the LED light spatial distribution test method,master the data processing method,and cultivate the students’ability to apply the comprehensive knowledge.
