煤矿安全高效生产地质保障的新技术新装备 被引量:27

New technology and equipment of geological guarantee for safe and efficient production in coal mine

摘要 先进、可靠的地质保障技术在保障煤矿安全高效生产中发挥着重要作用。笔者简要回顾了西安研究院在煤田地质与勘探技术、矿井防治水技术、地球物理勘探技术与仪器、煤矿区钻探技术与装备等地质保障技术涉及的研究领域取得的研究成果和为煤矿安全高效生产做出的重大贡献。在煤矿安全高效生产的地质保障新技术与新装备方面,阐述了透明矿井、透明工作面的构建技术及其在智能矿井建设中的作用;总结了在鄂尔多斯盆地侏罗纪煤田顶板水害防治理论与技术、底板奥灰水害区域治理技术和露天矿大型帷幕截渗减排技术等方面取得的系统性研究成果;论述了直流电法、槽波地震和音频电透视等地球物理勘探技术及其在矿井水文地质条件探查与评价、隐蔽致灾因素探查等领域的应用;介绍了在地面煤层气开发井钻进技术、井下随钻测量定向钻进技术与装备等方面取得的创新性成果。 Advanced and reliable geological guarantee technology plays an important role in ensuring safe and efficient production of coal mines.The research area,research achievements obtained and the important contributions to coal mine safe and efficient production of Xi'an Research Institute involved in geological guarantee techology were brief review,such as coal field geology and exploration technolgy,prevention and control technology of water hazard,geophysical exploration technology and instruments,and drilling technolgy and equipments in coal mine area.In terms of the new geological guarantee technology and equipment for safe and efficient production in coal mine,the construction technology of transparent mine and transparent working face and its function in the construction of intelligent mine were introduced.The theory and technology of roof water hazard prevention and control in Jurassic coal field in Ordos Basin,the regional control technology of floor water hazard of Ordovician limestone and the technology of large-scale curtain seepage control and reduction in open pit mine and other system research achievement were summarized.Geophysical exploration techniques such as direct current eletric method,in-seam wave seimic and audio frequency electric perspective and their applications in mine geology,hydrogeological condition exploration and hidden disaster factors exploration were discussed.The innovative achievements of surface CBM development well drilling technology,technology and equipment of directional drilling with measurement while drilling in coal mine were introduced.
