摘要
超级电容器是一种新型的绿色储能装置,不断优化电极材料是进一步提高电容性能的关键。活性炭因其比表面积大、循环稳定性好等优点,已成为超级电容器中重要的电极材料之一。通过过渡金属与活性炭混合在高温热处理后制备的过渡金属/活性炭复合材料具有良好的超级电容性能,利用该复合材料组装的纽扣型对称超级电容器,在循环充/放电10000次后电容保留值为初始容量值的100%,展示了优异的双电层电容稳定性能。
Supercapacitor is a new type of green energy storage device.It is of importance to optimize the electrode and improve the supercapacitor performance.Activated carbon has become one of the important electrode materials for supercapacitors because of its large specific surface area and good cycling stability.The transition metal/activated carbon composite,prepared by thermal treatment of mixed activated carbon with trace transition metal salts,has demonstrated good supercapacitor performance.The capacitance retention value of the assembled button-type symmetrical supercapacitor remains to be 100%after 10000 cycles charge/discharge cycles,demonstrating excellent capacitance stability.
