摘要
目的:基于FATmax理论,研制中年男性代谢综合征患者运动处方,评价其干预效果,并探讨部分机制。方法:选取30名50~59岁平时有锻炼习惯的中年男性代谢综合征患者,随机分为试验组(n=15)和对照组(n=15),试验组给予12周FATmax强度的运动处方干预,对照组继续保持锻炼习惯,比较2组试验前后各项生理指标。结果:中年男性代谢综合征患者FATmax强度的平均最大脂肪氧化率(FATmax Rate)为(0.49±0.16)g/min,其对应的摄氧量占(43.46%±8.74%)VO2max,对应的平均心率为(101±9.2)b/min;试验组干预后,患者的体脂%、腹部脂肪、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(TG)和2 h后胰岛素(2 hINS)明显下降(P<0.05),内脏脂肪、舒张压(DP)、瘦素(LEP)、脂联素(ADP)、总胆固醇(TC)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、2 h后血糖(2 hPG)及胰岛素抵抗(IR)显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:FATmax强度的运动处方可令中年男性代谢综合征患者的病情得到一定程度缓解,为其运动干预改善病情、控制并发症等提供参考。
Objective:To develop a sports prescription for middle-aged men with metabolic syndrome on the basis of FATmax theory to evaluate the effect of intervention and explore some mechanisms.Methods:30 middle-aged men with metabolic syndrome who had exercise habits from 50 to 59 years old were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=15)and the control group(n=15).The experimental group was given 12-week FATmax intensity exercise prescription intervention,and the control group continued to exercise habits.The physiological indexes before and after the experiment was compared between the two groups.Results:The average maximum FATmax Rate of middle-aged men with metabolic syndrome was 0.49±0.16 g/min,and the corresponding oxygen uptake was 43.46±8.74%VO2max,and the corresponding average heart Rate was 101±9.2 b/min.After intervention in the experimental group,body fat%,abdominal fat,TG,TG and 2hINS were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while visceral fat,DP,LEP,ADP,TC,FINS,2hPG and IR were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusions:FATmax intensity exercise prescription can alleviate the disease of middle-aged men with metabolic syndrome to a certain extent,providing reference for their exercise intervention to improve the disease control complications.
