摘要
本试验采用常规养分分析结合体外产气法,对桑树叶、任豆叶、木豆、桂牧一号、菊苣、高羊茅和葛藤7种植物的养分化学组成、体外产气参数、干物质消失率和挥发性脂肪酸产量等进行了测定,旨在为开发反刍动物新饲料来源提供参考。结果表明:7种饲料中桑树叶、菊苣、任豆叶和葛藤的粗蛋白质含量均高于20%,任豆叶达31.2%;木豆、高羊茅和桂牧一号纤维含量较高,桑树叶纤维最低。经过72 h的体外产气试验,结果表明:7种植物的总产气量以高羊茅为最高,木豆最低,产气速率由高到低依次为菊苣、木豆、桂牧一号、桑树叶、葛藤、高羊茅和任豆叶。各植物发酵液中的总挥发性脂肪酸产量以高羊茅为最高,木豆为最低,72 h干物质消失率以桑树叶为最高,高羊茅和菊苣次之,木豆叶最低。体外产气量高的桑树叶和高羊茅等植物甲烷产量也较高,但菊苣的甲烷产量为最低,表现出与其他植物不同的趋势。综上所述,本试验表明桑树叶具有最好的营养价值和体外消化率,而高羊茅和任豆叶也具有较好的体外消化特性,菊苣可能是一种可有效抑制体外甲烷产生的植物。
In this study,the nutritional value and in vitro digest characteristics of seven plants including Mulberry leaves,Pigeonpea,GuiMu1,Chicory,Zenia insignis,Festuca arundinacea and Pueraria lobata were anylsied,aimed to provide theoretic support for exploring new feed resource for ruminants.The chemincal composition,in vitro gas production parameters,dry matter disappearance rate and velotle fatty acids(VFA)production of the seven plants were measured.The results showed that the protein content of Mulberry leaves,Chicory,Zenia insignis and Pueraria lobata were higher than 20%,and the Zenia insignis was even contain 31.2%of protein.Pigeonpea,GuiMu1and Festuca arundinacea have high fiber content,while the Mulberry leaves have the lowest content of fiber.After 72 h in vitro incubation,the gas production was the highest for Pueraria lobata and lowest for Pigeonpea.The gas production rate was decedent in following sequence:Chicory,Pigeonpea,GuiMu1,Mulberry leaves,Pueraria lobata,Festuca arundinacea and Zenia insignis.The VFA concentration of incubation fluid was the highest for Pueraria lobata,and lowest for Pigeonpea,the 72 h dry matter disappearance rate was the highest for Mulberry leaves,followed by Pueraria lobata and Chicory,and the lowest for Pigeonpea.The in vitro methane production was higher for Mulberry leaves and Pueraria lobata,which also have higher gas production,the methane production of Chicory was the lowest and appeared different trend as compared with other plants.In conclusion,this study indicated Mulberry leaves has the best nutritional value and in vitro digestibility,Festuca arundinacea and Zenia insignis leave also has higher in vitro digestion characteristics,and Chicory was probably a good plant to inhibit methane production of rumen.
