摘要
“决策中心战”瞄准大国竞争对抗需求,将人工智能、自主系统等作为美军作战效能提升的关键,推动美军从“信息中心战”向“决策中心战”转变,有望成为美军智能化转型建设的理论牵引.“决策中心战”高度契合未来战争智能化、体系化的发展需求,对于确立指挥控制优势、抢占未来战争主动权至关重要.我军防御体系建设应密切关注“决策中心战”发展动向,紧密围绕决策优势能力生成,持续构建反应快速、决策有利的指挥控制能力.
The decision-centric warfare aims at great power competition and intends to take the artificial intelligence and the unmanned systems as the key to improve the operational effectiveness of the US army, so as to promote the transformation from informationcentric to decision-centric. The decision-centric warfare is highly compatible with the development needs of intelligentization and systematization, which is crucial to preoccupy advantages of the command and control. Therefore, in order to build decision advantage,the construction of our defense system should closely refer to the development of the decision-centric warfare.
