摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)是由新型冠状病毒感染导致的肺炎,以呼吸道飞沫传播和接触传播为主,传染性强,病死率较高。目前尚无治疗COVID-19的特效药物和疫苗。该文通过对COVID-19的流行病学、临床特征、诊断技术、治疗方案、感染控制与预防等方面进行综述,旨在为COVID-19的防治工作提供参考。
Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is a pneumonia caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection.It is mainly spread by respiratory droplets and contact.It is highly infectious and with high mortality rate.At present,there are no specific drugs and vaccines for the treatment of COVID-19.This article reviews the epidemiology,clinical features,diagnostic techniques,treatment options and infection control and prevention of COVID-19,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of COVID-19.
