摘要
微生物发酵饲料不仅可以提高动物生产性能、增强免疫力、改善肉质,而且能够有效解决抗生素残留、环境污染等问题。为了更好地将微生物发酵饲料应用于畜禽生产中,文章对微生物发酵饲料的优势、作用机理、发酵原料、发酵菌种进行综述,着重对发酵饲料在动物生产中的应用进行阐述,并对微生物发酵饲料存在的问题进行探讨,并对其应用前景进行展望。
Microbial fermentation feed can not only improve animal production performance,enhance immunity,improve meat quality,but also effectively solve the problems of antibiotic residues and environmental pollution.In order to make the microbial fermented feed better used in livestock and poultry production,the paper summarized the advantages,mechanism,raw materials and strains of the microbial fermented feed,focused on the application of the fermented feed in animal production,and discussed the problems and application prospects of the microbial fermented feed.
