摘要
以废弃革屑胶原降解物(CDP)及三聚氯氰(TC)为原料,通过微水缩合合成胶原多肽聚合物(CT)。根据溶液黏度选择最佳合成条件为n(TC)/n(CDP)=2.2,温度100℃,对应样品为CTM。对CTM微观结构和相对分子质量进行了分析测试。结果表明,合成后CTM溶液黏度接近工业明胶,相对分子质量增大近4倍,氮元素含量增加,EDS图谱给出清晰的氯峰。以CTM为主要原料制备出果冻胶CTA并测试出其良好的粘接性能,在某些领域能替代商品胶进行应用,证明了在皮革工业中废物回收利用的可行性。
The collagen polypeptide(CT)was synthesized by anhydrous condensation of tricyanogen chloride and collagen degradant product come from leather scraps.According to the solution viscosity,the optimal condensation conditions selected were n(TC)/n(CDP)=2.2 and 100℃,with the corresponding product called CTM.The microcosmic structure and molecular weight of CTM were analyzed and tested.It was shown that the solution viscosity of CTM was close to of industrial gelatin after its molecular weight increased by nearly 4 times.Meanwhile,the content of nitrogen element increased.The EDS spectrum of CTM showed a clear chlorine peak.The good adhesion property of jelly glue,prepared with CTM as the main raw material,was tested.Therefore,it could be used in some fields instead of commercial glue,which demonstrated the feasibility of waste recycling in the leather industry.
