摘要
目的观察超脉冲二氧化碳(CO2)点阵激光联合曲安奈德注射治疗增生性瘢痕的疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年8月-2019年12月我院收治的80例增生性瘢痕患者临床资料,将40例使用超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗的患者纳入对照组,将40例使用超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合曲安奈德注射治疗的患者纳入观察组,均治疗4个月。比较两组临床效果、温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分及不良反应。结果治疗4个月后,观察组有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VSS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4个月后,两组VSS评分均降低,且观察组比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论增生性瘢痕患者采用超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合曲安奈德注射治疗效果佳,可以抑制瘢痕增生,甚至消除瘢痕,且安全性较好,值得推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Ultrapulse carbon dioxide(CO2)lattice laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection in the treatment of hypertrophic scar.Methods the clinical data of 80 patients with hypertrophic scar treated in our hospital from August 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.40 patients treated with ultra pulse CO2 lattice laser were included in the control group,and 40 patients who were treated with ultra pulse CO2 lattice laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection were included in the observation group.All patients were treated for 4 months.The clinical effect,the score of Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results after 4 months of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of VSS between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 months of treatment,the VSS scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion hyperplastic scar patients with ultra pulse CO2 lattice laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection treatment effect is good,can inhibit scar hyperplasia,and even eliminate scar,and safety is good,worthy of promotion.
