线圈辅助轴向磁通SRM转矩脉动抑制策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 线圈辅助轴向磁通开关磁阻电机(CAF-SRM)由两组磁极相关的定/转子凸极结构组成,电机中央加入辅助线圈,具有结构坚固、价格低廉、鲁棒性高的优点。CAF-SRM的双凸极结构、强非线性以及步进式旋转会导致较大的转矩脉动,针对该问题本文提出一种同时操控电枢绕组电流和辅助线圈电流的控制策略。该方法采用转矩分配函数(TSF)控制,削弱电枢绕组在换相期间产生的转矩脉动。此外,由于TSF控制电流跟踪性能差,引入辅助线圈电流控制,通过单神经元自适应PID(SNAPID)调节辅助线圈电流来进一步抑制电机的转矩脉动。通过Maxwell、Simplorer和Simulink的联合仿真,证明了该方法可有效抑制电机的转矩脉动,在磁阻电机研究领域具有较高的应用价值。 Coil-assisted axial flux switched reluctance motor(CAF-SRM)consists of two sets of stator/rotor salient pole structures.Adding auxiliary coils in the center of the motor has the advantages of strong structure,low cost and high robustness.The double salient pole structure,strong nonlinearity and stepping rotation of CAF-SRM lead to excessive torque ripple.Aiming at this problem,a control strategy is proposed to control both armature winding current and auxiliary coil current.Torque sharing function(TSF)control is used to reduce the torque ripple of armature windings during commutation.In addition,because of the poor current tracking performance of TSF control,the auxiliary coil current control is introduced,and the auxiliary coil current is adjusted by single neuron adaptive PID(SNAPID)to further suppress the torque ripple of the motor.Through the joint simulation of Maxwell,Simplorer and Simulink,it is proved that this method can effectively suppress the torque ripple of the motor,and has high application value in the field of reluctance motor research.
