摘要
按照国家标准GB/T 10345—2007白酒分析方法,采用指示剂法对白酒总酯进行了测定,对整个测定过程进行了不确定度的评定,评定过程中的不确定度分量主要来源于测量的重复性、取样体积、滴定体积以及数据的修约。经评定,白酒中总酯的不确定度结果为X=2.22(1±1.0%)g/L,k=2。不确定度贡献为:测量重复性13.5%、取样体积4.7%、滴定体积33.0%、乙酸乙酯摩尔质量44.7%、标准滴定溶液浓度4.2%。
According to national standard GB/T 10345—2007,the indicator method was used to determine the total esters in Baijiu,and the uncertainties in the determination process were evaluated.It was found that the uncertainties were mainly caused by measurement repeatability,sampling volume,titration volume and data rounding off.The uncertainty evaluation result was X=2.22 g/L(1±1.0%),k=2.The contribution of each uncertainty component was as follows:measurement repeatability 13.5%,sampling volume 4.7%,titration volume 33.0%,molar mass of ethyl acetate 44.7%,and standard titration solution concentration 4.2%.
