摘要
目的:观察我院自制制剂降糖Ⅰ号口服液治疗初发2型糖尿病的临床疗效,初步探讨其作用机制。方法:收集辨证为气阴两虚证型且初次诊断的2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。两组患者均采用相同的饮食、运动治疗及健康教育,经过2周导入期后,治疗组以二甲双胍联合降糖Ⅰ号口服液治疗,对照组仅用二甲双胍治疗,3个月后观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、体质量指数、C肽、C反应蛋白。结果:相较于对照组,治疗组治疗后中医证候疗效评分总有效率更高(P <0.05);治疗组治疗1个月后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖较治疗前即有明显下降(P <0.01),治疗3个月后空腹血糖低于对照组(P=0.031)。两组治疗后糖化血红蛋白均明显降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P=0.042)。治疗组治疗后较治疗前空腹C肽明显升高(P <0.01),两组治疗后空腹C肽差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。治疗组治疗后较治疗前体质量指数有所下降(P=0.042),高密度脂蛋白升高(P=0.024)。结论:降糖Ⅰ号口服液辅助二甲双胍能有效改善初发2型糖尿病患者的临床症状,迅速而有效地降低其血糖及糖化血红蛋白,促进胰岛素的分泌,并改善患者的脂代谢。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Jiangtang Ⅰ oral liquid(降糖Ⅰ号口服液) on newly onset type 2 diabetes. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were treated with the same diet, exercise therapy and health education. After 2 weeks of induction, the treatment group was treated with metformin with the Jiangtang Ⅰ oral liquid, while the control group was treated with metformin only. Results: The total efficiency was higher in the treatment group(P<0.05). Glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the treatment group were decreased significantly after 1 month(P<0.01), and glucose in the treatment group was lower than the control group after 3 months(P=0.031). HbAlC was significantly lower in both groups after treatment, and lower in the treatment group than the control group(P=0.042). Fasting c-peptide in the treatment group was significantly higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.01), and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P=0.043). BMI in the treatment group was decreased after treatment(P=0.042), and HDL was increased after treatment(P=0.024). Conclusion: The Jiangtang 1 oral liquid with metformin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, rapidly and effectively reduce blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, promote the secretion of insulin, and improve their lipid metabolism.
