摘要
目的通过对多发性硬化患者应用补阳还五汤治疗期间T淋巴细胞亚群动态分析,阐明补阳还五汤的细胞免疫调节作用。方法选择60例多发性硬化患者随机分为激素治疗组和激素加补阳还五汤治疗组,每组30例;健康体检中心提供40例健康人员为正常对照组。治疗过程中应用流式细胞仪动态检测T淋巴细胞亚群,统计学分析各组间检测结果的差异。结果与健康对照组比较,多发性硬化患者CD3^+T细胞、CD4^+T细胞和CD8^+CD28^+T细胞明显升高,CD4^+CD25^+T细胞明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单纯应用激素治疗组,CD3^+T细胞、CD4^+T细胞、CD8^+T细胞和CD8^+CD28^+T明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);加用补阳还五汤进行辅助治疗后,CD3^+T细胞、CD4^+T细胞和CD8^+T细胞百分率明显升高,达到或接近正常对照组的水平。结论多发性硬化患者存在T细胞免疫功能失调的现象;在治疗的过程中加用补阳还五汤进行辅助治疗,有助于改善患者的细胞免疫功能。
Objective To elucidate the cellular immunoregulation of Buyang Huanwu Decoction through the dynamic analysis of T lymphocyte subsets during the treatment of multiple sclerosis.Methods Sixty patients with multiple sclerosis were randomly divided into hormone treatment group and hormone plus Buyang Huanwu Decoction treatment group,30 cases in each group;40 healthy persons were provided as the normal control group by the physical examination center.In the course of treatment,T lymphocyte subsets were detected dynamically by flow cytometry,and the differences of detection results among groups were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,CD3^+T cells,CD4^+T cells and CD8^+CD28^+T cells were significantly increased,and CD4^+CD25^+T cells were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The difference of CD3^+T cells,CD4^+T cells,CD8^+T cells and CD8^+CD28^+T cells was statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of CD3^+T cells,CD4^+T cells and CD8^+T cells increased significantly,reaching or approaching the level of normal control group.Conclusion Patients with multiple sclerosis have T-cell immune dysfunction.In the process of treatment,the supplementary treatment with Buyang Huanwu decoction is helpful to improve the cellular immune function of patients.
