摘要
慢性肾衰竭病证结合动物模型的构建是探求中医药对慢性肾衰竭疗效及作用机制的实验基础。从慢性肾衰竭病证结合动物模型造模思路、研究现状及评价机制三方面进行阐述,对病证独立、复制性差、评价方式缺乏客观化等多个问题进行深入分析思考,并提出一些发展建议。同时,从自发性慢性肾衰竭动物模型培育、代谢组学等方面提出构建更准确、重复性更高、可靠性更好的病证结合动物模型的解决方案,为慢性肾衰竭中医基础研究提供更多病证结合模型的构建思路。
The establishment of animal models with the combination of disease and syndrome of chronic renal failure(CRF)is the experimental basis of exploring the therapeutic effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on chronic renal failure.This paper expounded the three aspects of CRF animal models with the combination of disease and syndrome modeling,research status and evaluation mechanism,analyzed the problems of independence,poor reproducibility and lack of objectiveness of evaluation methods,and put forward some suggestions for development.Meanwhile,from the spontaneously disease animal models of CRF and metabolomics,the solution to build more accurate,repeated and reliable animal models with the combination of disease and syndromes was proposed,which will provide more establishment ideas for the basic research on the animal models with the combination of disease and syndrome of CRF.
