摘要
现阶段,我国皮革加工业发展遇到了前所未有的机遇和挑战,消费者对皮革加工作业形式提出全新的要求及标准。普通的加工业流水线模式难以适应皮革加工发展的要求。与此同时,智能化皮革加工制造的应用得到一定的认可,成为皮革业加工发展的必然趋势。同时,我国皮革生产海外订单对于产品质量的要求越来越高,皮革加工企业迫切需求产业技术的更新换代,否则的话,将严重阻碍皮革加工业的长远发展。本文以皮革加工制造智能化为切入点,探究其发展现状,进一步对其发展趋势进行探究,旨在为皮革加工制造智能化发展提供一个探索思路。
at the present stage,the development of leather processing in China has encountered unprecedented opportunities and challenges,and consumers have put forward new requirements and standards for the form of leather processing operations.The ordinary assembly line mode of the processing industry is difficult to meet the requirements of the development of leather processing.At the same time,the application of intelligent leather processing and manufacturing has been recognized,which has become the inevitable trend of the development of leather processing.At the same time,China›s leather production overseas orders have higher and higher requirements for product quality,leather processing enterprises urgently need the upgrading of industrial technology,otherwise,it will seriously hinder the long-term development of leather processing.This paper takes the intellectualization of leather processing and manufacturing as a starting point to explore its development status and further explore its development trend,in order to provide an exploration idea for the intelligent development of leather processing and manufacturing.
