摘要
目的:探讨磁共振成像(MRI)检查对半月板损伤的诊断价值。方法:选取2017年10月-2019年10月于笔者所在医院就诊的116例疑似半月板损伤患者作为研究对象,均行关节镜及MRI检查,并以关节镜检查结果作为金标准,记录MRI诊断半月板损伤和撕裂的灵敏度、特异度及准确度。结果:116例疑似患者中,关节镜检查结果为阳性101例,阴性15例,检出率为87.07%;MRI检查结果为阳性95例,阴性21例,检出率为81.90%;MRI灵敏度为92.08%,特异度为86.67%,准确度为91.38%。关节镜检出撕裂88例,检出率为75.86%;MRI检出撕裂82例,检出率为70.69%;MRI检测撕裂灵敏度为89.77%,特异度为89.29%,准确度为89.66%。结论:采用MRI检查半月板损伤具有高灵敏度、特异度及准确度等特点,利于提高半月板损伤检出率,并可准确判断半月板损伤程度,为临床后期治疗提供指导。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in meniscus injury.Method:A total of 116 patients with suspected meniscus injury who were treated in the hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All the patients underwent arthroscope and MRI,and the results of arthroscopy were taken as the gold standard.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI in diagnosis of meniscus injury and laceration were recorded.Result:Among the 116 suspected patients,the results of arthroscopy were positive in 101 cases and negative in 15 cases,with a detection rate of 87.07%.The results of MRI were positive in 95 cases and negative in 21 cases,with a detection rate was 81.90%.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI were 92.08%,86.67%,and 91.38%.And 88 cases of laceration were detected by arthroscope,with a detection rate of 75.86%.And 82 cases of laceration were detected by MRI,with a detection rate of 70.69%.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI were 89.77%,89.29%and 89.66%,respectively.Conclusion:MRI in the examination of meniscus injury has the characteristics of high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,which is conducive to improving the detection rate of meniscus injury,and can accurately judge the severity of meniscus injury,and provide guidance for later clinical treatment.
