摘要
目的:观察肩关节镜治疗冻结肩的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2017年6月-2019年6月符合纳入标准的冻结肩患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组实施保守治疗,观察组实施肩关节镜下关节囊松解术,观察两组治疗前及治疗后第1周、2周、1个月、3个月的肩关节疼痛评分、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分及患者满意度。结果:治疗前,两组肩关节疼痛评分、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组第1周、2周、1个月、3个月的肩关节疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组第1周、2周、1个月、3个月的Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肩关节镜治疗冻结肩能显著改善患者肩关节疼痛的情况,提高肩关节功能,患者满意度更高。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of shoulder arthroscopy in the treatment of frozen shoulder.Method:From June 2017 to June 2019,60 patients with frozen shoulders who met our inclusion criteria were enrolled.The patients were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.Conservative treatment was performed in the control group,and the joint group underwent shoulder arthroscopic capsular release.The patient’s satisfaction,the shoulder pain scores and Constant-Murley shoulder function were observed before and 1 week,2 weeks,1 month,and 3 months after treatment.Result:There was no significant difference in shoulder pain score and Constant-Murley shoulder function score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The shoulder pain scores of the observation group significantly lower than those the control group at 1 week,2 weeks,1 month,and 3 months after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Post-Murley shoulder function scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those the control group at 1 week,2 weeks,1 month,and 3 months after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shoulder arthroscopy treatment of frozen shoulder can significantly improve the shoulder joint pain,improve shoulder function,and have higher patient satisfaction.
