摘要
教学案例库建设是规范案例开发和案例教学的理论工具,是涵盖制度优化与管理创新在内的系统工程,也是推动高校人才培养,实现理论与实践有效结合的实践平台。因此,教学案例库建设不仅有助于推动系列人才培养模式改革措施的有效落实,而且能够促进高校教学管理模式的深度转型,以及进一步挖掘普通院校人才培养的竞争优势。加强教学案例库建设,亟需深化教学案例库建设理论研究,建立教学案例库建设经验交流机制,健全教学案例库建设保障体系,从而提高人们对案例库建设的学理认识,促进案例资源的共建共享,以及增强管理部门的协调支持力度。
Pedagogy-oriented case study databases are indispensable for case teaching,which enhances learning via integrating theory and practice,and is widely adopted in colleges and universities(esp.for professional degree programs)to cultivate innovative talents.To build such databases,it is necessary to 1)strengthen theoretical study on the construction of case databases and raise people's awareness of its importance;2)establish an exchange and communication mechanism to facilitate the sharing of case study resources;3)provide appropriate incentives and sufficient administrative support for database construction.
