Analysis on current situation of key occupational disease monitoring and countermeasures in Guilin City from 2015 to 2018

摘要 目的了解2015-2018年桂林市重点职业病监测现状,为制定重点职业病防控策略提供参考依据。方法通过国家职业病危害申报系统、国家职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统和重点职业病危害因素检测报表等收集2015-2018年桂林市重点职业病监测数据,并对数据进行分析。结果 2015-2018年桂林市存在重点职业病危害企业分别为687、506、648和604家,以小型和私有企业为主。2015-2018年风险分类严重企业所占比例分别为46.29%、44.66%、53.55%和51.59%;2015-2018年职业健康检查共计14 911人,共检出疑似职业病、职业禁忌证及职业病人数分别为97、74和13人,检出率分别占0.65%、0.49%和0.09%。不同年份疑似职业病检出率和职业病检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);不同年份职业禁忌证检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2015—2018年网络报告病种以尘肺病为主,共计13例。结论 2015—2018年桂林市重点职业病危害因素主要是噪声和矽尘,相关职能部门应加强企业的职业病危害因素防控和接触人群的职业健康管理工作。按照相关规定定期开展职业健康监护及现场职业卫生检测,降低职业健康风险。 Objective To analyze the current situation of key occupational disease monitoring in Guilin City from 2015-2018,provide the basis for formulating the key occupational disease prevention and control strategy.Methods Through the national occupational disease hazard declaration system,the national occupational disease and occupational health information monitoring system and the key occupational hazards detection reports,the monitoring data of key occupational diseases in Guilin City from 2015 to 2018 were collected.The data were statistically analyzed.Results From 2015 to 2018,there were 687,506,648 and 604 enterprises existing key occupational hazards in Guilin City respectively,which were mainy small enterprises and private enterprises.From 2015 to 2018,the proportion of enterprises with serious risk classification was 46.29%,44.66%,53.55%and 51.59%,respectively.A total of 14911 people received occupational health examination from 2015 to 2018,there were 97 workers with suspected occupational diseases,74 workers with occupational contraindication and 13 workers with occupational diseases,with the detection rate of 0.65%,0.49%and 0.09%,respectively.There were no statistically significant differences in the detection rates of suspected occupational diseases and occupational diseases among different years(all P>0.05).The difference in the detection rate of occupational contraindications was statistically significant among different years(P<0.05).From 2015 to 2018,pneumoconiosis was the main disease reported by network with a total of 13 cases.Conclusion The key occupational hazard factors in Guilin City from 2015 to 2018 are noise and silica dust.Relevant functional departments should strengthen the prevention and control of occupational hazard factors in enterprises and the occupational health management of exposure groups.It is necessary to carry out occupational health monitoring and on-site occupational health testing regularly according to relevant regulations to reduce occupational health risks.
