摘要
目的:研究无托槽隐形矫治器在拔牙病例中正畸标准指数(peer assessment rating,PA R)、治疗时长、复诊次数、复诊间隔和重启次数等关键指标。方法:将2016年1月~2018年9月结束的隐形拔牙病例14例作为隐形组,抽取同时期、同地点结束的固定矫治拔牙病例14例作为固定组,对比分析两组PAR指数、治疗时长、复诊次数、复诊间隔和重启次数等指标。结果:两组治疗前后PAR总分值及加权PAR总分值无统计学差异(P>0.05),在上颌前、后牙段错位,下颌前、后牙段错位,颊侧咬合关系、覆盖、覆牙合和中线均无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后加权总分差、加权总分差减小百分率相比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与固定组相比,隐形组治疗时长(27.16±4.99)个月和复诊次数(15.74±3.14)次,均无显著性差异(P>0.05);复诊间隔(2.07±1.16)个月,有显著性差异(P<0.05);隐形组重启(2.21±0.98)次。结论:无托槽隐形矫治减数拔除4颗第一前磨牙,在适应症选择合理、临床控制得当的前提下,可以取得良好临床疗效。与固定矫治相比,隐形拔牙的治疗周期并未显著延长,却可拥有更长的复诊间隔和相对更少的复诊次数。
Objective:The aim is to study the peer assessment rating(PAR),the duration of treatment,the number of referrals,the interval between appointments and the number of refinements in the extraction cases by using the invisible aligners.Methods:Forteen cases completed with the invisible aligners and 14 cases completed with the fixed appliances from January 2016 to September 2018,were collected to compare the peer assessment rating(PA R)index,the duration of treatment,the number of referrals,the interval between appointments and the number of refinements.Results:The PAR total score and the weighted PAR score were not statistically significant between pre-and post-treatment two groups(P>0.05),the upper and lower anterior and posterior segment,the buccal occlusion,the overjet,the overbite and the centreline showed no statistically significance(P>0.05).The reduction in weighted PAR score and percentage reduction in weighted PAR score showed no statistically significance between post-treatment tow groups(P>0.05).Compared with the fixed appliance cases,the duration of treatment(27.16±4.99 months,P>0.05)and the number of referrals(15.74±3.14 times,P>0.05)in the invisible aligner cases were not statistically significant.However,the interval between appointments(2.07±1.16 months,P<0.05)was statistically longer.The number of refinements in the invisible aligner cases was(2.21±0.98).Conclusion:The four first premolars extracted cases with clear aligners could achieve good clinical results,under the premise of the reasonable case selection and proper clinical control.Compared with fixed correction,the treatment duration of invisible aligners was not significantly extended,but had a longer revisit interval and a relatively fewer number of referrals.
