摘要
目的:探讨microRNA-93(miR-93)在骨肉瘤组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:回顾性分析2017年2月至2018年6月86例骨肉瘤患者和34例骨软骨瘤患者的临床资料,并收集手术病理标本,设为骨肉瘤组和骨软骨瘤组,所有标本均采用实时定量聚合酶链锁反应(qRT-PCR)检测miR-93表达情况,比较两组miR-93表达水平;并根据骨肉瘤患者miR-93表达水平分为骨肉瘤高表达组、骨肉瘤低表达组,比较两组临床病理特征和影响骨肉瘤组织中miR-93高表达的独立危险因素,以及1年生存率。结果:骨肉瘤组miR-93水平明显高于骨软骨瘤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨肉瘤高表达组临床分期和远处转移率均高于骨肉瘤低表达组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床分期ⅡB~Ⅲ期、远处转移均为影响骨肉瘤miR-93高表达的独立危险因素(OR=2.273、2.472,P<0.05)。骨肉瘤高表达组1年生存率明显低于骨肉瘤低表达组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨肉瘤患者miR-93水平呈高表达,临床分期ⅡB~Ⅲ期和远处转移均为影响骨肉瘤miR-93高表达的独立危险因素,miR-93水平检测可作为骨肉瘤诊疗的依据。
Objective:To explore expression and clinical significance of MicroRNA-9 in osteosarcoma.Methods:The surgical pathological specimens of 86 patients with osteosarcoma and 34 patients with osteochondroma were collected in our hospital and set as osteosarcoma group and osteochondroma group.The expression levels of miR-93 of all specimens were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).These patients were divided into high osteosarcoma expression group and low expression osteosarcoma group according to the expression levels of mi R-93.Then,the expression levels of miR-93 between the osteosarcoma group and the osteochondroma group,the clinicopathological characteristics of the high osteosarcoma expression group and the low osteosarcoma expression group,the independent risk factors affecting the high expression of miR-93 in osteosarcoma tissue,and the 1-year survival rate were compared.Results:The levels of miR-93 in the high osteosarcoma expression group and the low osteosarcoma expression group were significantly higher than those in the osteochondroma group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical stage and distant metastasis rate of the high osteosarcoma expression group were higher than those of the low osteosarcoma expression group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical stages IIB-III and distant metastasis were the independent risk factors affecting the high expression of miR-93 in osteosarcoma(OR=2.273,2.472,P<0.05).Further,the 1-year survival rate of the high osteosarcoma expression group was significantly lower than that of the low osteosarcoma expression group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The level of miR-93 in the patients with osteosarcoma is highly expressed.The clinical stages IIB-III and distant metastasis are the independent risk factors affecting the high expression of miR-93 in osteosarcoma.Moreover,MicroRNA-93 level detection can be used as a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of osteosarcoma.
