摘要
目的:关于经尿道电切术治疗膀胱癌的有效性探讨。方法:选取某院在2017年9月~2018年9月收治的50例膀胱癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用经尿道电切术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组并发症的发病率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组中的各项手术指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尿道电切术在治疗膀胱癌方面效果明显,该治疗手术中出血量少,手术时间短,并发症发病率低,手术后恢复较快,能够较好的保留患者的膀胱功能,有效的保证了患者的生活质量,而且创伤面积小,值得在临床应用中广泛推广,尤其是针对长时间从事重体力劳动的人群。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of transurethral resection in the treatment of bladder cancer.Methods:50 patients with bladder cancer admitted to a hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with transurethral resection,then the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).All the surgical indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral resection has obvious effects in bladder cancer treatment,with less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time,low incidence of complications,quick recovery after surgery,and small trauma area,which can better preserve the patient's bladder function,effectively guarantee the patient's quality of life,and isworthy to be widely used in clinical practice,especially for people who engage in heavy physical labor for a long time.
