摘要
高校实验室安全文化以保障实验室安全运行和发展为目标,是实验室师生的安全价值观与安全行为规范的集合。现从安全科学的视角,分析高校实验室系统的危害因素,创新应用事故法则、未遂事故和安全隐患、事故致因理论、危险源分类与控制、6S管理、事故树分析、个体防护、安全人性的"X-Y理论"等理论深入研究实验室事故案例,全面提升实验室系统中的成员、制度、设备和环境等四要素的安全状态,促进高校安全文化建设,践行"课程思政"育人理念。
The laboratory safety culture aims to ensure the safe operation and development of laboratories,and is a collection of safety values and safety behavioral norms for laboratory teachers and students. From the perspective of safety system engineering,this paper analyzed the hazard factors of university laboratory systems,and innovatively applied many theories such as the near accidents and potential accidents,accident causation models,hazard classification and control,6 S management,fault tree analysis,personal protection and X-Y theory for the in-depth research on laboratory accident cases,so as to improve the security status of the four elements of membership,regulation,equipment and environment in the laboratory system. The research significantly promotes the construction of safety culture and practices course ideological education.
