摘要
目的:基于网络药理学方法探讨牛蒡子的药理作用机制。方法:本研究利用TCMSP、UniProt、CTD等数据库分析牛蒡子的化学成分、靶点、疾病,并利用DAVID数据库进行基因本体(gene ontology,GO)富集分析及基因组百科全书(kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes,KEGG)通路分析,并采用Cytoscape软件绘图。结果:检索数据分析选出8个备选化合物、筛选出相关的50个靶蛋白,这些化合物及靶蛋白与354类疾病密切关联;GO富集分析显示最为密切的生物过程与细胞炎症、凋亡相关;KEGG富集分析显示最具显著性的通路与心血管、糖尿病、肿瘤有关。结论:本研究系统地探讨牛蒡子的主要成分最为相关的靶点及其作用机制,为临床研究提供了新的思路。
Objective:To discuss on pharmacological mechanism of Niubangzi(Fructus Arctii)based on network pharmacology.Methods:This research searched TCMSP,UniProt,CTD and other databases to analyze the chemical composition,targets,and diseases of Niubangzi(Fructus Arctii),used the DAVID database for gene ontology(GO)enrichment analysis and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)channel analysis,and used Cytoscape software to draw picuures.Results:By Searching data,this research analyzed and selected 8 candidate compounds and screened out related 50 target proteins.These compounds and target proteins were closely related to 354 types of diseases;GO enrichment analysis showed that the most closely related biological processes were related to cell inflammation and apoptosis;KEGG enrichment analysis showed that the most significant pathways were related to cardiovascular,diabetes,and tumors.Conclusion:This study systematically explored the most relevant targets and the mechanism of action of the main components of Niubangzi(Fructus Arctii),providing further ideas for its clinical research.
