摘要
运用数据挖掘技术,探讨针刺治疗经行头痛的选穴规律,为临床针刺治疗经行头痛提供参考。方法:采用"经行头痛""经前期紧张综合征""针刺""针灸"等为主题词加关键词的检索方式,通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据资源系统库(WF)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普期刊全文数据库(VIP)中属于针刺治疗经行头痛的相关文献,逐一阅读筛选,将整理出的数据资料用Excel软件建立针刺治疗经行头痛处方主穴数据库,采用SPSS 25.0软件进行描述性分析和聚类分析,对针刺治疗经行头痛选穴的规律进行分析总结。结果:针灸治疗经行头痛使用频次最高的穴位为百会穴,取穴部位多以头颈部为主;选用穴位最多的经脉是足少阳胆经;特定穴以交会穴应用最多。三阴交、合谷、足三里、血海为一类,头维、阿是穴为一类,百会、风池、太冲、太阳、率谷、侠溪、悬颅、颔厌为一类,共3组有效聚类群。结论:经过筛选,共纳入50篇相关文献,发现该病临床取穴以病变局部取穴为主,交会穴应用较多。
Objective:This paper explores the law of selecting acupuncture points for acupuncture treatment of headache through the use of data mining technology,and provides for clinical acupuncture treatment of headache.Methods:The search methods of keywords and keywords such as"menstrual headache","premenstrual tension syndrome","acupuncture"and "acupuncture"were used to search the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)and Wanfang Data Resource System Database by computer.(WF),China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),and Viper Journal Full-text Database(VIP)are relevant documents that belong to acupuncture for treating headaches.After reading and filtering one by one by the author,the collected data are established with Microsoft Office Excel Acupuncture treatment of main points of headache prescription database,using SPSS.25 for descriptive analysis and cluster analysis,analysis and summary of the rules of acupuncture treatment of headache selection points.Results:The most frequently used acupuncture point for treating headaches was Baihui acupoints,with the head and neck areas being the main points;the meridian with the most acupuncture points was the Foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian;the specific acupuncture point was the most commonly used at the acupoint.Sanyinjiao,Hegu,Zusanli,and Xuehai belong to one category;Touwei and Ashi acupoints belong to one category;Baihui,Fengchi,Taichong,Sun,Solu Valley,Xiaxi,Overhead Skull,and Sickness belong to one category;For 3 effective clusters.Conclusion:A total of 50 related literatures were included after screening.It was found that the clinical acupoints of the disease were mainly local acupoints of the lesions,and the acupoints were more commonly used.
