摘要
针对PLC课程缺少控制对象、学生学习不直观的问题,笔者以物料分拣控制系统为例,构建了基于Factory IO的PLC虚拟仿真实验平台。结果表明,基于虚拟仿真实验平台的设计不仅能够提供丰富的在工业控制领域典型的虚拟控制对象,还能实现对控制程序的调试与仿真运行,全面地锻炼了学生的PLC综合应用能力。
In view of the lack of control objects in PLC Course and the students’ learning is not intuitive,the author takes the material sorting control system as an example,and constructs a PLC virtual simulation experimental platform based on factory io.The results show that the design based on the virtual simulation experimental platform can not only provide a wealth of typical virtual control objects in the field of industrial control,but also realize the debugging and simulation operation of the control program,and comprehensively exercise the students’ comprehensive application ability of PLC.
