摘要
本试验分别以长清和泰安茶区茶园土壤和茶树鲜叶为材料进行硒含量测定,并对不同茶区土壤全硒含量与土壤理化性状以及茶叶全硒含量与土壤全硒含量的相关性进行分析。结果表明,长清茶区土壤全硒含量在0.021~0.208mg/kg之间,平均值为0.113mg/kg;泰安茶区土壤全硒含量在0.011~0.469mg/kg之间,平均值为0.171mg/kg,两茶区总体上以中低硒和硒不足土壤为主。土壤pH值以及有机质、速效氮、有效磷、速效钾含量对土壤全硒含量也有重要影响,土壤全硒含量与有机质、速效氮、有效磷、速效钾含量呈正相关,与pH值呈负相关。长清茶区茶叶全硒含量在0.005~0.061mg/kg之间,平均值为0.037mg/kg;泰安茶区茶叶全硒含量在0.002~0.308mg/kg,平均值为0.083mg/kg,大部分未达到富硒茶标准。茶叶全硒含量与土壤全硒含量正相关,其中泰安茶区为极显著相关(R=0.8312,P<0.01)。因此,通过合理配施硒肥、调节土壤pH及养分状况、提高土壤有机质含量等措施,可以提高土壤硒含量、茶叶硒含量,生产优质富硒泰山茶。
In the experiment,the total selenium contents in soil and tea leaves from 21 typical tea gardens of Changqing District and Taian City were determined.The correlations of the total selenium content with physical and chemical properties of soil and total selenium contents in tea leaves were analyzed.The results showed that the content of soil total selenium in Changqing tea area ranged from 0.021 mg/kg to 0.208 mg/kg with the mean value of 0.113 mg/kg,while those in Taian tea area ranged from 0.011 mg/kg to 0.469 mg/kg with the mean value of 0.171 mg/kg,which indicated that the soil total selenium contents in the two tea areas were at low and medium or deficiency levels.The content of total selenium in soil was also affected by soil pH,organic matter content and vailable nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents.The soil total selenium content was negatively correlated with pH value,but positively correlated with the organic matter content and available nutrient contents.The total selenium content in tea leaves of Changqing area ranged from 0.005 mg/kg to 0.061 mg/kg with the mean value as 0.037 mg/kg,and those of Taian tea area ranged from 0.002 mg/kg to 0.308 mg/kg with the mean value as 0.083 mg/kg,so most of them could not reach the standard of selenium-rich tea.The total selenium content in tea leaves was positively correlated with that in soil,especially in Taian tea area(R=0.8312,P<0.01).Therefore,the soil selenium content could be improved by applying selenium fertilizer rationally,adjusting the soil p H value and nutrient status and increasing the soil organic matter content,which further improved the selenium content in tea leaves and was helpful for the production of high-quality selenium-rich Taishan tea.
