摘要
为探究华南地区气候条件下不同控温方式对高大平房仓储粮的综合影响,本研究以华南地区高大平房仓为研究对象,结合谷冷整仓降温与空调控温两种主流的控温方式进行研究,通过对比在夏季只进行谷冷整仓降温,短期空调控温配合谷冷整仓降温,长期空调控温替代谷冷整仓降温三种不同的控温方法,分析了夏季粮堆在不同控温方法下的控温效果,控温能耗,储藏品质变化以及经济效益.实验结果表明:谷冷降温仓在储藏245 d后,其平均脂肪酸值上升24.2,水分损耗1.2%,粮食损耗78 t,能耗13966 W,减去能耗成本后利润128.54万元,储藏时间最短但储藏效果及经济效益明显不如其它两种控温方法;短期空调仓储存273d后,其脂肪酸值上升18.9,水分损耗1.1%,粮食损耗54 t,能耗15631 W,减去能耗成本后利润133.42万元,其储藏效果及经济效益优于谷冷降温仓;长期空调仓储存329 d后,脂肪酸值上升13,水分损耗0.5%,粮食损耗38 t,能耗20154W,减去能耗成本后利润136.23万元,其储藏效果,经济效益均优于谷冷降温仓以及短期空调仓,三种控温方法中该方法为最优.因此,冬季蓄冷过后,高大平房仓在夏季应以空调表层控温为主,谷冷整仓降温更适合作为一种应急手段而不是主流措施.
In order to explore the comprehensive impact of different temperature control methods on grain storage in large flat warehouses in South China,the large warehouse was taken as the research object with two main temperature control methods of grain cooling and air conditioning for being studied.Through the comparison of three different temperature control methods,which are grain chilling,short-term air conditioning temperature control combined with the grain chilling,and long-term air conditioning temperature control instead of the grain chilling,they were analyzed the temperature control effect,energy consumption,storage quality change and economic benefit of summer grain pile under different temperature control methods.The experimental results showed that after 245 days storage in grain chilling warehouse,fatty acid value increased by 24.2,the water loss was 1.2%,the grain loss was 78 t,the energy consumption was 13,966 w,the profit was RMB 12.854 million after deducting the energy consumption cost,the storage time was the shortest but the storage effect and economic benefit were obviously inferior to the other two temperature control methods;after 273 days storage in short-term air conditioning warehouse,the fatty acid value increased by 18.9,and the water loss was 1.1%;the grain loss was 54 t,the energy consumption was 15631 W,the profit was RMB 1.3342 million after deducting the energy consumption cost,Its storage effect and economic benefit were better than that of grain chilling warehouse;after 329 days storage in long-term air-conditioned warehouse,fatty acid value only increased 13,water loss 0.5%,food loss 38 t,energy consumption 20154 W,the profit was RMB 1.3623 million after deducting the energy consumption cost,storage effect and economic benefit were better than those of cold storage and cold storage.This method is the best of the three temperature control methods.Therefore,after the cold storage in winter,the air-conditioning surface temperature control should be taken as the main measure in summer for the large warehouse,and the cooling of the whole warehouse is more suitable as an emergency measure rather than a mainstream measure.
