摘要
传统的比例-积分-微分(PID)算法应用于高频电磁感应锅炉,会变成极为复杂的高阶函数,系统难以保持最优设定,且需要人工辅助调整参数。针对此问题,依据温度、压力、流量等控制对象将系统设计成多个区块,每个区块包含一个功率脉宽驱动装置。每个区块依据为其建立的布尔函数和设定的目标参数闭环运行,不引入需要人工辅助调节的参数。在高频电磁感应锅炉上的实际应用表明,该算法在此复杂的控制系统中,具有良好的控制效果。
When the traditional PID(proportion-integral-derivative)algorithm is applied to the high frequency electromagnetic induction boiler,a very complex high-order function will be produced.It is difficult for the system to maintain the optimal setting,and it needs to adjust the parameters manually.To solve this problem,the system was designed into several blocks according to the control objects such as temperature,pressure and flow,each block contained a power pulse width drive device.Each block operated in a closed loop according to the Boolean function and the set target parameters,and did not introduce parameters requiring manual auxiliary adjustment.The practical application in high frequency induction boiler shows that the algorithm has good control effect in this complex control system.
