摘要
目的研发一种结构化护理不良事件管理系统,优化护理工作流程,提高护理不良事件上报率,做好质量持续改进,保障患者安全。方法基于医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)设计护理不良事件管理系统模块,对8类护理不.良事件进行上报与跟踪管理。结果2018年7月1日至12月31日系统试运行期间与2017年同期相比,6个月上报不良事件188例,上报率由原来的0.31%上升至0.39%(P<0.05);填写上报表所需时间由(10.53±3.88)min缩短为(5.27±1.43)min(P<0.001),上报及反馈表填写的甲级率由61.15%上升至93.62%(P<0.001)。结论基于HIS的结构化护理不良事件管理系统,有利于提高护理不良事件上报率;通过精准分析,为护理管理者提供决策依据,促进护理质量持续改进。
Objective To develop a nursing adverse event management information system,optimize the nursing workflow,improve the reporting rate of nursing adverse events,improve the quality of continuous improvement,and ensure the safety of patients.Methods The system module was designed based on the hospital information system(HIS).Totally 8 types of nursing adverse events were reported and tracked.Results From July 1 to December 31,2018, 188 adverse events were reported in 6 months during the trial operation of the system compared with the same period in 2017, and the reporting rate increased from 0.31% to 0.39%(P<0.05).The time required to fill in the report was shortened from 10.53±3.88 min to 5.27±1.43 min(P<0.001).The grade A rate of reporting and feedback forms increased from 61.15% to 93.62%(P<0.001).Conclusions The nursing adverse event management information system based on HIS can short the closed-loop management path,which makes the reporting and management of nursing adverse events more standardized and efficient.It can provide a scientific basis for management decisions and promote nursing quality.
