北京市西城区学龄前儿童身高发育现状及影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解学龄前儿童身高发育现状,分析影响身高发育的环境因素,为促进学龄前儿童身高发育提供参考依据。方法整群随机抽取6所项目幼儿园所有在园儿童,采用体格测量和问卷调查方法获得相关数据,对身高及影响因素进行分析。结果调查分析1647名儿童(男818名、女829名),生长迟缓检出率为0.49%,74.38%儿童身高处于P50及以上;49.48%儿童身高发育水平未到遗传靶身高水平;出生体重、出生足月情况、每天是否喝奶、每天吃饭情况及回家后运动时间在不同身高组之间分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论北京市西城区学龄前儿童身高处于较高水平,儿童身高发育潜能未得到较好发挥,应重视学龄前儿童身高管理,充分考虑儿童遗传特点,进行综合评价,及时采取干预措施,促进儿童身高发育。 Objective To understand the current situation of height development of preschool children and analyze the environmental factors affecting height development,so as to provide reference basis for promoting height development of preschool children.Methods All the children in 6 project kindergartens were selected with a cluster random sampling.The relevant data were obtained through physical measurements and questionnaires.The height and its influencing factors were analyzed.Result A total of 1647 children(818 boys and 829 girls)were investigated.The detection rate of stunting was 0.49%.74.38%of children’s height reached the 50 percentile and above and 49.48%of the children’s height development level is less than the genetic target height level.There were statistical differencesin birth length,full-term birth status,taking milk and food every day and exercise time after going home between different height groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The height of preschool children in Xicheng District is at a high level.However,the potential height of children has not been well developed.We should pay more attention to height management of preschool children and take full consideration on children’s genetic characteristic with comprehensive evaluation,take intervention measures in time to promote children’s height development.
