摘要
目的观察精细化管理措施在手术室管理过程中的应用效果。方法抽取2016年2月—2019年2月间在医院进行手术治疗的200例患者作为本研究的被选取对象,根据患者入院治疗时间的先后分为研究组(100例)与对照组(100例)两组。对照组患者应用常规管理,研究组患者则应用精细化管理。比较两组患者的管理质量评分。结果利用统计学软件对本研究全部患者的各项观察指标数据进行验证比较发现,研究组患者的平均管理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在我院手术室管理过程中进行应用精细化管理,能够有效的提高管理质量,应用价值较高。
Objective To observe the effect of meticulous management measures in the management of operating room.Methods From February 2016 to February 2019,200 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the time of admission,the patients were divided into two groups,study group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with routine management,while the patients in the study group were treated with fine management.The management quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results The statistical software was used to validate and compare the observed data of all the patients in this study.The average management quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine management can effectively improve the management quality and has high application value in the management of operating room in our hospital.
