摘要
曹家滩煤矿主副井与进风立井之间的贯通工程线路长度超过7 km,要求贯通横向偏差不超过±0.15 m,远低于现行《煤矿测量规程》中0.5 m的限差,依据现行《规程》进行施测显然难以满足如此高精度的贯通工程要求。为此,文中通过改进洞口导线边方位角传递方法、提高陀螺定向测量精度、合理布设陀螺边位置和数量等途径,来提高贯通测量的精度和可靠性。在曹家滩矿井贯通测量实践中,按照改进的测量技术规程进行施测,实现了长距离井巷工程的高精度贯通。通过实例表明,所采用的贯通测量关键技术和施测方法与规范要求,具有很好的普适性和推广应用价值。
The length of the break through engineering line between the main well and the subsidiary well in caojiatan coal mine was more than 7 km,and the transversal through deviation was required to be no more than ± 0. 15 m,which was much lower than the limit of 0. 5 m in the current " Coal Mine Survey Regulations",according to the current " Regulations" surveying,it was obviously difficult to meet the requirements of such a high-precision through engineering. For this reason,in this paper,the accuracy and the reliability of through measurement were improved by improving the azimuth transfer method of cave traverse side,improving the accuracy of gyrostatic orientation survey and reasonably laying out the position and quantity of gyro edge. In caojiatan Mine shaft through survey practice,the survey was carried out according to the improved measurement technical regulations,and the high-precision penetration of the long-distance shaft project was realized. The examples showed that the key technologies,methods and specifications of through survey had the good universality and application value.
