摘要
以女大学生为研究对象,采用青少年自评生活事件量表、流调中心用抑郁量表和认知情绪调节问卷中文版,对浙江省674名女大学生进行问卷调查,探讨负性生活事件与抑郁的关系及认知应对是否在二者间起调节作用。结果发现:①消极认知应对、负性生活事件和抑郁显著正相关;积极认知应对和抑郁正相关。②消极认知应对在负性生活事件对抑郁的预测中有正向调节作用。综上,负性生活事件、认知应对与女大学生的抑郁间存在因果关系,认知应对有调节作用,其中消极认知应对在负性生活事件对抑郁的预测中有正向调节作用。
To explore the relationship between negative life events and depression and whether cognitive emotion regulation strategies play a moderating role in female college students.A total of 674 female college students in Zhejiang Province were investigated by using the method of cluster convenient sampling,Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Check-list,The Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire.Results showed that:Firstly,negative cognitive emotion regulation strategy and negative life events were positively correlated with depression.Positive cognitive emotion regulation strategy and negative life events were positively correlated with depression.Secondly,Negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies had positive moderated effects on the prediction of negative life events on depression.To summarize,in female college students,negative life events,cognitive emotion regulation strategies and depression have causal relationship,and cognitive emotion regulation strategies has a regulatory role,among which cognitive emotion regulation strategies has a positive regulatory role in the prediction of depression.
