摘要
"十三五"以来,贵州农业机械化快速发展,主要农作物、特色经济作物和畜牧业机械化水平持续提高,特别是在山地农机新技术和新装备上有所创新。但是,由于自然条件和发展基础的制约,贵州农业机械化发展还存在农机装备能力弱、农机专业合作社服务水平低、农业基础设施落后等问题。鉴于此,提出加快贵州山区耕地宜机化建设、发展山地机械化运输系统、推进农产品产地初加工生产机械化、着力培育壮大农机社会化服务组织等对策建议。
Since the 13 th five year plan,the agricultural mechanization of both crop farming and animal husbandry in Guizhou Province has developed rapidly.New technologies and equipment of mountain agricultural machinery have been tested and applied in practice.However,due to the restriction of mountain conditions and poor economic development foundation,agricultural mechanization of Guizhou Province is facing some challenges:low capacity of agricultural machinery equipment,poor service of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives,and backward agricultural infrastructure,et al.Countermeasures to address these challenges are put forward:speeding up construction of cultivated land suitable for mechanization in mountainous area,developing mountain mechanized transportation systems,promoting mechanization of primary processing production in the producing area,and striving to strengthen socialized service organizations of agricultural machinery.
