摘要
为探讨快速康复外科在痔围手术期的临床应用价值,选取120例痔手术患者根据围手术期不同处理方案分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组围手术期给予快速康复外科处理,对照组给予传统方法处理,对比2组围手术期相关指标、疼痛程度、术后并发症发生率和患者满意度。结果显示,观察组术中出血量明显低于对照组,创面愈合时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛程度、并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,应用快速康复外科可有效改善痔患者围手术期相关指标,减轻疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率,促进术后恢复,且患者满意度高,值得临床推广。
This study was to explore the value of fast-track surgery(FTS)clinically applied at perioperation of hemorrhoids,enrolled 120 hemorrhoids patients undergoing surgery as research objects and divided them into observation group(60 cases,adopted FTS management at perioperation)and control group(60 cases,still routine management);then compared both group’s related norms at perioperation,pain degree,postoperative complication incidence,and patients’satisfaction degree.As results,in intraoperative bleeding volume;in the incidence of complication and pain degree;in patients’satisfaction degree;and,in the time for wound-surface healing,for flatus,for ambulation out-of-bed,and for hospitalization,observation group was respectively and significantly less,higher(96.67%vs 75.00%)than,and superior to control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that application of FTS can effectively improve the relevant norms at perioperation,reduce patients’sufferings,decline postoperative complication incidence,promote postoperative recovery,and enhance patients’satisfaction degree,thus is worth to be popularized clinically.
