摘要
研究了膨胀珍珠岩级配和保温板压缩比对聚乙烯醇(PVA)基膨胀珍珠岩保温板物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:膨胀珍珠岩级配后的堆积密度越大制备的保温板干密度越大;保温板的干密度、抗压强度和导热系数随着压缩比的增加而增大,当压缩比增大到1.6~2.2时,保温板的导热系数与干密度呈线性相关;以改性PVA为胶黏剂,合理确定骨料级配,压缩比为2.0时,制备得到干密度159.5~168.6 kg/m3、抗压强度0.313~0.332 MPa、导热系数0.0527~0.0545 W/(m·K)的PVA基膨胀珍珠岩保温板。
The effects of gradation of expanded perlites and compression ratio on the physical and mechanical properties of PVA-based expanded perlite insulation board(PEPB)were studied.The results show that the higher the packing density of expanded perlites after graded,the higher the dry density of PEPB prepared by these expanded perlites.Dry density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of PEPB increase with compression ratio increasing.When the compression ratio increases to 1.6~2.2,the thermal conductivity of PEPB shows a linear correlation with its dry density.PEPBs were prepared,which have dry densities of 159.5~168.6 kg/m3,strengths of 0.313~0.332 MPa and thermal conductivities of 0.0527~0.0545 W/(m·K),by using modified PVA as adhesive and reasonable aggregate gradation of expanded perlite.
