摘要
以1 wt%和2 wt%的硼酸溶液为改性试剂,采用等体积超声浸渍法制备了硼改性的HZSM-5分子筛(1B/HZSM-5和2B/HZSM-5)。用XRD、FT-IR、NH3-TPD和Py-IR等表征方法对硼改性催化剂的理化性质进行了测定,并进一步研究了硼含量对HZSM-5沸石理化性能的影响。结果表明:非金属B改性不会破坏HZSM-5沸石分子筛的MFI骨架结构,但会造成HZSM-5沸石骨架脱铝,从而降低HZSM-5催化剂结晶度;同时,B改性对HZSM-5沸石的强酸量影响不大,弱酸量明显增加,且HZSM-5沸石中部分Bronsted酸转化为Lewis酸。
HZSM-5 zeolites modified by 1 wt% and 2 wt% H3PO3 solution were prepared by equal volume ultrasonic impregnation method(1 B/HZSM-5 and 2 B/HZSM-5). The physicochemical properties of modified HZSM-5 catalysts were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, NH3-TPD and Py-IR techniques. Moreover, the effect of boron contents on the physicochemical properties of HZSM-5 zeolites were studied in detail. The results show that the inherent MFI framework of HZSM-5 zeolites were preserved after the H3BO3 modification. However, partial Al species were chipped off from the zeolite framework, as a result, the crystallinity of HZSM-5 catalyst decreased. On the other hand, the strong acid amounts changed less, however, the weak acid amounts increased significantly after the H3BO3 modification. Moreover, partial Bronsted acid sites were transformed into Lewis acid sites with the introduction of boron species.
