摘要
目的探究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清早期生长反应因子1(EGR1)水平与非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的关系。方法选择2016年4月至2019年4月就诊的158例T2DM患者作为研究对象,根据患者是否并发NAFLD将其分为NAFLD组(106例)和T2DM组(52例),另择50名同期健康体检者作为对照组。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)检测血清EGR1水平,并分析其与T2DM并发NAFLD的关系。结果NAFLD组血清EGR1水平低于T2DM组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T2DM组血清EGR1水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T2DM患者的EGR1与体质指数(BMI)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均呈负相关关系。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,BMI、总胆固醇(TC)、LDL-C、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR和EGR1均与T2DM并发NAFLD密切相关。NAFLD轻度组的血清EGR1水平高于中度组和重度组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度组血清EGR1水平高于重度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EGR1与T2DM并发NAFLD密切相关。检测血清EGR1可辅助判断NAFLD严重程度。
Objective This paper is to investigate the relationship between serum early growth response factor 1(EGR1)level and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 158 patients with T2DM who were treated in Liaocheng People′s Hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects,who were divided into the NAFLD group(106 cases)and the T2DM group(52 cases)according to whether they were complicated by NAFLD.Another 50 healthy people who had a physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The serum EGR1 levels were measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)and analyzed for their relationship with T2DM and NAFLD.Results The serum EGR1 level in the NAFLD group was lower than that in the T2DM group and the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The serum EGR1 level in the T2DM group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).EGR1 in T2DM patients was negatively correlated with body mass index(BMI),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that BMI,total cholesterol(TC),LDL-C,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,and EGR1 were all closely related to T2DM with NAFLD.The serum EGR1 level of NAFLD mild group was higher than that of the moderate group and severe group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The serum EGR1 level of the moderate group was higher than that of the severe group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions EGR1 is closely related to T2DM concurrent with NAFLD.Detection of serum EGR1 can help determine the severity of NAFLD.
