微波辅助酸对玉米秸秆还原糖产量及基本结构特征的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以玉米秸秆为原料,通过微波辅助提取玉米秸秆中的可溶性还原糖。试验考查微波辅助时间、微波提取功率、硫酸浓度、液料比4个影响因素,以可溶性多糖为指标,通过正交试验优化微波辅助提取玉米秸秆中可溶性还原糖的工艺,并对预处理后的玉米秸秆进行电镜扫描观察、分析。结果表明:微波辅助得到最佳还原糖工艺为:微波时间6 min、微波功率300 W、硫酸浓度4%、液料比为30 mL/g。在此条件下,可溶性还原糖产率为62.25%。电镜扫描图像显示预处理的玉米秸秆内部结构受到一定影响,表现为细胞壁被破坏,纤维素孔径增大,细胞内容物游离出来,同时可溶性还原糖的浓度与细胞壁被破坏程度呈正相对应。 Taking corn stalk as raw material,the soluble reducing sugar in corn stalk extracted by microwave.Four influencing factors,such as microwave assisted time,microwave extraction power,sulfuric acid concentration and liquidmaterial ratio,were investigated.The technology of microwave-assisted extraction of soluble reducing sugar from corn straw was optimized by orthogonal experiment,and the pretreatment corn straw was observed and analyzed by SEM.The results showed that the optimal reduction sugar was obtained by microwave assisted method,with microwave time of 6 min,microwave power of 300 W,sulfuric acid concentration of 4%,liquid-material ratio of 30 mL/g and soluble reduction sugar yield of 62.25%.SEM images showed that the internal structure of the pretreated corn straw was affected,which showed that the cell wall was destroyed,the cellulose pore size was increased,the cell contents were free,and the concentration of soluble reducing sugar was positive corresponding to the degree of cell wall destruction.
